Pre-ordering is the best way to make sure you get the color or print you really want.

Many preorder items are already in production or on the way, but quantities are limited. Ordering during the preorder period reserves your item before it sells out.

While I often order extras of popular styles, I can't always guarantee every color or print will be available after the preorder closes.

Payment for preorder items is due at time of order.
Why? Payment is collected when you place your order so your item is reserved just for you.

Shipping is always based on weight and destination based on going rate for USPS Rates.

Most preorder items arrive approximately 4–6 weeks after the preorder closes.

Because each item is made or ordered specifically for you, shipping timelines can occasionally vary. We intentionally provide a conservative estimate so you're pleasantly surprised if your order arrives sooner rather than disappointed if there's an unexpected delay.

As always, if there are any significant delays, I'll keep you updated along the way.

To help get your ready-to-ship items to you as quickly as possible, please place Ready to Ship (RTS) and Pre-Order items as separate orders.

This helps keep shipping accurate and ensures you don't have to wait for your in-stock items while preorder items arrive.
