How Custom Orders Work

What Can I Customize?

Pick the bag or pouch that works best for your plaid. Custom orders start at 20 pieces per design, per style.

What Artwork Do I Need?

Logos, text and individual graphics should be provided as high-quality PNG files at a minimum of 300 DPI. All-over or repeating designs should be provided as seamless PNG files at 300 DPI or higher.

Can I Request a Mockup?

A digital mockup can be requested before production. A deposit may be required for mockup creation and, if required, will be applied toward your final order total.

When Do I Pay?


Full payment is required before your custom order enters production. Once payment is received and the final design is approved, your order moves into production.

How Long Does It Take?

Custom orders typically have a 3–5 week turnaround time after final design approval and full payment. Turnaround time may vary depending on the size of your order.
