Pre-Oreder FAQ's
Why Pre-Order?
Often times, items under pre-order are already on the way. The reason we put up pre-orders is because it's impossible to estimate demand for new items. Pre-Ordering guarantees YOU the item you want in the color you want. While extras are often ordered, they're usually based upon how popular the item is selling.
Do I Pay Ahead of Time?
Payment for preorder items is due at time of order.
Why? This is to ensure you are guarenteed the item you wish in the color/print of your choice.
How Much Is Shipping? How's It Calculated?
Shipping is always based on weight and destination based on going rate for USPS Rates.
How Soon Will I get My Item(s)?
You will usually get your items in 4-6 weeks time from the close date on the preorder. Some items do require additional time for shipping.
These timeframes are an over estimation and allow for time for any unforeseen delays.
This also gives time for receiving, verification and reshipment of orders.
Can I Combine Ready To Ship & Pre-Order Items
At this time, we ask that you purchase items that are Ready To Ship (RTS) and Pre-Order on separate invoices only because of shipping calculation. We want you to get your items ASAP especially if some are time sensistive to holidays/seasons!
