Refund policy
We deal with items that are handmade and often times custom to collaborative minds. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do stand by our products. If you believe your item has a defect that has caused it to break or come apart - please contact me! Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis - and all handmade and personalized items come with care instructions on how to properly care for them.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items are packed with extreme care to handle the journey to you! I encourage you to take photos of the items arriving if the packaging looks damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Custom or personalized items may not be refundable as they were created just for you. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If an item has a flaw - please reach out! Because of the nature of the items being personalized to a single person - exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and a replacement may be may be the only option
