With personalization of vinyl, the cup is not dishwasher safe, is not microwave safe and is hand-wash only. Please do not leave the cup in a vehicle as extreme heat/cold can compromise not only the vinyl work, but also the cup itself.

This cup should not be soaked or scrubbed with and extremely harsh sponge/cloth as this could cause the personalization to begin to peel off. Should improper cleaning procedures be followed, you may run the risk of the vinyl separating from the cup. Although the vinyl is permanent adhesive vinyl, certain things can compromise the adhesive.

*Shipping is a fixed rate based on product/box dimensions and weight. Boxes/additional packing materials were custom ordered to ensure the cup(s) make it to you without becoming damaged. If purchasing more than one cup, or cups with keychain(s) shipping may be combined please send The Lad a message to see if a combined shipping rate is possible!
